Hi Mt. Juliet!

Spud & Butter is a new fast-casual comfort food restaurant in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee. It was created by a family of experienced restaurateurs with over 50 years in the hospitality industry. After nearly three decades of serving Middle Tennessee through Timberloft, we’re excited to introduce a fresh concept centered around Texas-sized loaded spuds, slow-smoked brisket and BBQ, scratch-made soups, fresh salads, homemade desserts, and a signature fruit tea and sweet tea bar.

Spud & Butter brings together bold flavor, real ingredients, and warm hospitality in a space that feels both fresh and familiar.

Fruit Tea Bar

Our fresh fruit tea and sweet tea bar brings something new to Mt. Juliet. We brew iced tea daily with bold flavors like coconut and blueberry-pomegranate, plus classic sweet tea and lemonade. Sample, mix your own blend, and enjoy a refreshing midday caffeine boost.

Leah, a Le Cordon Bleu–trained pastry chef, is behind our dessert menu, which includes our signature caramel fudge pie, seven-layer carrot cake, banana pudding, and fudgy triple chocolate brownies.
